Buying vitamin b12 online can be confusing. Here is a small section to help you place your order.

Step One: Purchase your Product

To get started, place a purchase! Select any product for our shop, and during the checkout process your account will be created. If you’ve already created your account, and are logged in, continue to step two. If you need to log in, use the form to the right.


Step Two: Fill out your Medical History

Once you’ve placed your purchased and are logged in, you will need to fill out your medical history. You can only access this page when you are logged in. Once we’ve received your medical history, our provider will contact you to set up your appointment. Your medical history must be filled out within 48 hours of placing your order, or we will issue a refund and you will have to re-purchase.

Question: Why must I fill out my medical history after placing an order?
Answer: It costs us money to process medical history. We roll the medical history procession fee in to your order payment, making it cheaper on your end.


Step Three: Schedule your Appointment

When your medical history has been submitted, our provider will contact you to set up your appointment. We will begin processing your order (it can take 4-10 business days). Once we’ve processed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation about your shipment details.
